Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
For all Australian parcels:

  • Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 with an estimated delivery time of 2 - 13 business days.
  • Express Shipping is a flat rate of $11.95 with an estimated delivery time of 2 - 3 business days.

What do I do if I enter the wrong address? 
If you enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP by emailing hello@akunaaustralia.com. If we haven't sent your parcel yet, we can easily change your address.  

If we have already sent your parcel, a $20 ‘return to sender’ fee will be charged.

Where do I enter a discount code?
Once you have added products to your cart and proceed to the checkout, you will see a discount code on the side tab where you will be able to apply your discount code. If you are experiencing any difficulties doing so, please email us at hello@akunaaustralia.com and we will be in touch with you within 48 hours to assist you make your purchase. 

Does Akuna ship worldwide?
We would love to grace the faces of international beauties, but unfortunately we do not ship internationally at the moment. It's something we are working towards!  ✈

Are your products Australian-Made?
Yes, the entire Akuna Skincare range is made in Australia using locally sourced ingredients.

Are your products completely natural?
Yes, the entire Akuna Skincare range is 100% natural and plant-based.

Are your products vegan-friendly & cruelty-free?
Yes! Every product is 100% Vegan, Cruelty Free and Aussie Made. 

Do you accept influencers or promoters?

We are always open to people joining the Akuna family! Email us at jenna@akunaaustralia.com with your request and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Returns / Refund Policy

If it's your first time ordering Akuna, we suggest you begin with a gentle, daily product to trial such as our Coco Blossom Moisturiser or Zesty Gel Cleanser as we do not accept returns.

What is your refund policy?
Akuna does not offer refunds for goods due to change of mind. We only offer refunds if the products are damaged or faulty.

What do I do if my item/s are damaged?
If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty product please get in touch with us via hello@akunaaustralia.com. Please let us know what your concerns are and provide us with the product name/s and photo evidence. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours to assist you.

Can I return a sale item?
Due to the nature of our products (expiry dates), we cannot offer returns on sale items.
